Terms of Service

Last updated 3 November 2026. Covers the ScriptSmith bots (GuardSmith, PulseWatch, ChainHop, Solswift), this dashboard and ScriptSmith Premium.

1. The service

ScriptSmith provides Discord bots and a web dashboard. You may use them in servers where you have permission to add bots, in line with Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and we may stop serving servers or users who abuse the service.

2. Crypto features are information, not advice

• ChainHop and Solswift never hold your funds or keys. They show quotes from public aggregators (KyberSwap, LI.FI, Jupiter) and link to a page where you review and sign the transaction in your own wallet. You are responsible for checking every transaction before you sign it.
• Swaps include a disclosed service fee (currently 1% on same-chain swaps), shown in every quote and on the signing page before you sign.
• Prices, alerts, scans, safety checks and trending lists are automated and can be wrong, late or incomplete. They are not investment advice and not a guarantee that a token or contract is safe. Crypto is volatile and you can lose money.
• Alerts depend on third-party data and may be delayed or missed. Don't rely on them for time-critical decisions.

3. Moderation features

GuardSmith acts on your server's configuration. Server admins are responsible for how they configure and use moderation, AutoMod, anti-raid and anti-nuke. Automated moderation can make mistakes, so review your logs.

4. Premium

• Premium is sold per Discord server for a fixed period (30, 90 or 365 days). It is a one-time payment in USDC on Base or Solana, sent from your own wallet. Nothing renews automatically.
• Premium switches on when the payment is confirmed on-chain. If it hasn't switched on within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction hash.
• Blockchain payments can't be reversed by us. Send the exact amount, on the stated network, to the address shown on the checkout page. Only that address is ours.
• If we discontinue a Premium feature during a paid period, we'll replace it with something equivalent or extend your Premium.

5. Votes

Vote perks are granted when a bot list tells us you voted. Don't use alt accounts or automation to vote; perks can be removed for abuse.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, ScriptSmith isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, trading losses, or losses from transactions you sign. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
