What we store
- Server settings you configure (channels, roles, messages, AutoMod lists and so on), keyed by server ID.
- GuardSmith data: moderation cases (user ID and tag, moderator, reason, time), XP and levels per member, and recent case summaries shown on the dashboard. GuardSmith reads message content only to apply AutoMod rules, award XP and log edits/deletes to the channel you choose. We don't keep message content beyond posting it to your log channel.
- PulseWatch alerts: your user ID, the channel, the coin and your threshold, until the alert fires or you delete it.
- Votes: your Discord user ID, the time and the count, received from bot-list webhooks.
- Premium orders: server ID and name, the plan, the amount and the public transaction hash.
- Dashboard login: when you log in with Discord we receive your user ID, username, avatar and your server list (scopes
identify guilds). We keep the servers you can manage in a session for up to 7 days. We never receive your email or password. - Aggregate stats: server counts, names and icons, sent to the dashboard and to bot lists such as top.gg.
What we never collect
Private keys, seed phrases, wallet signatures or card details. If anyone claiming to be us asks for them, it's a scam. /portfolio only reads public on-chain data for an address you type.
Where it lives
Bot data is stored on our bot host. Settings, votes, orders and sessions are stored in Netlify Blobs. We use public APIs (Discord, CoinGecko, Jupiter, KyberSwap, LI.FI, GoPlus, public RPC nodes), and their own policies apply to the requests the bots make to them. The checkout page loads its QR code from api.qrserver.com, which receives the payment link shown.
Retention & deletion
Removing a bot stops new data collection. To delete your server's data or your personal data (cases, XP, alerts, votes), ask in the support server or email us and we'll delete it within 30 days. Moderation records may be kept by your server's admins in their own log channels.
